A 'byte' is the unit of measure of data transmission which is where this yarn takes it's name from. There is a sequence of 6 colours within each shade spun together tone on tone where each colour represents one 'bit' of the 'byte'.

This yarn has a soft hand, owing to the presence of wool and cashmere and the touch of viscose adds brilliance to the colours.
